Bureau,
1.
To carry out preventive education and screen task for AIDS to control the spread
out of AIDS. 2.
To reorganize the medical resources in the county, establish a complete and
efficient community network for medical service, promote patient-centered
medical treatment, provide superior health service, improve emergency rescue
system, improve survival rate for sever-injured patients after treatment,
strengthen psychological health care system, and provide services including
prevention, treatment, and follow-up management. 3.
To promote better cross-work between health administration, social welfare,
medication system, and community resources. Also to promote long-term care
service business, develop various long-term care service plans, and improve the
quality of long-tem care service. 4.
To prevent the abuse of controlled drugs and to strengthen the monitor and
inspection on controlled drugs, and to execute “drug injury relief” and
separate the medical and pharmaceutical services. 5.
To assist the development in herbal medicine of drug companies in order to
promote the quality of herbal medicine industry in the county. 6.
Continue promoting “mobilized-hospital and overall health inspection”. The
priority target will be non-medical-service and non-adult-health-inspection
service village. The expect inspection population is 45,000. 7.
To create a non-smoking environment and execute 200 “anti-smoking”
inspections, and to promote 4 smoking-free restaurants and 4 smoking-free
companies/ business locations. 8.
To execute the screen works for retarded-developing children in communities and
its referral process to reach a 100% report and referral. An early-detection,
early-assistant, and early-treatment
is expected. 9.
To assistant food industry to execute self-management on hygiene, and promote
“healthy diet date” activity for the public health. 10.
To promote laboratory certification and improve inspection quality, and to
set-up serum bank for medical and epidemic research and to protect the public
health.
